You can read current and past issues of EHJ, and EBJ as well as watch the Eastmans Hunting TV, Beyond the Grid and Wingmen episodes. Eastmans’ TagHub is hands down the most innovative hunting site there is.

I have been a subscriber to Eastmans’ Bowhunting Journal for quite a few years. Last year I finally took my first trip West to bow hunt elk in Colorado. I have been building points in Wyoming and Utah. Coming from the East to hunt in the West, Taghub provides me the opportunity to look through lots of data to manipulate and play around in selecting units for upcoming hunts. It’s nice to have a simple feature, at the click of a mouse, which tells you app deadlines and fees as well as draw odds. The filter feature allows me to get as complex as I want in sorting data, trying to chase down tags and antlers. Thanks Eastmans’.

To Eastmans and the TagHub Crew, thank you for the awesome Mathews V3 bow! I am relatively new TagHub user and 2021 will be my first year hunting on land that I researched using TagHub. I found the ability to filter within the map function very helpful. For example, I can easily select “species”, “weapon”, “residency”, “sex” and then see all the units that are available and the “trophy forecast”. From there I can change the theme from “trophy forecast” to say “terrain difficulty.” Since I am a backpack hunter I will often use the “terrain difficulty” and “% of wilderness” to help avoid ATV’s and crowds. The TagHub Blog is also great with both tips and great hunting stories. TagHub is a powerful tool that I will be using for years to come. Thanks again TagHub!

I had 4 years of preference pts. and researched for the past couple years for an antelope hunt in Wyoming. I used the MRS and choose my hunt unit based on all the criteria you display. I Drew a tag, spent weeks bow hunting and had three bucks I would take. The first day of rifle I located this buck I called “flare” because of his prongs. Your research was spot on!

Your MRS has helped me learn and grow as a big game hunter out West. It’s a real pleasure to be able to submit a story about my DIY, public land, buck that I just took from a high pressure unit close to Denver. This unit gets pounded and this is a tremendous buck for this unit. This was a second choice tag. You guys have taught me the lesson of pursuing the choice tags, but taking advantage of the lesser tags to get more time in the field having fun. Keep up the great work!!

Thanks to the information in the MRS section of EHJ. I was able to take this Wyoming bull on October 25 with my 69 year old father along. My second branch antlered bull and my biggest by far! Thanks again for the hard core information. You made a believer out of me!
